Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Arizona Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Arizona Department of Education (DOE) credential
- IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Experience with school-based SLP services, especially supporting students on the autism spectrum, preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students, creating individualized treatment plans
- Deliver engaging direct intervention and therapy to enhance communication skills
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as necessary
