Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Sacramento, CA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required
- Current state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or current eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students of varying ages and needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals, tailored to each student’s unique requirements
- Deliver evidence-based therapy for speech and language disorders
- Collaborate closely with families, teachers, special education teams, and administrators to support student success
- Monitor student progress and provide timely documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
