Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Possession of ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience working with pediatric populations preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in alignment with each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to promote positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation on progress and services provided
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as required
