Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech therapy within an educational environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Collaborative, compassionate, and adaptable with a team-oriented mindset
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) to address speech, language, and communication needs

- Educate school staff and families on strategies to reinforce communication goals
