Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Sacramento, CA

Take part in shaping students' communication skills as a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Sacramento area. In this fulfilling contract role, you'll have the option to work full-time or part-time onsite, supporting students across two schools. With various caseloads available, you'll be able to put your expertise in AAC and speech therapy to good use, helping each child achieve their full potential.
Key Qualifications:
- Current and active California SLP License / CTC
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but open to qualified Clinical Fellows (CFY) and seasoned professionals with CCC
- Solid understanding of AAC devices and strategies
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students as part of the IEP team
- Conduct assessments, develop goals, and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with state and district guidelines
- Travel between two school sites as assigned
