Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Indiana (SLP-CCC preferred)
- Experience providing speech-language services in middle and/or high school settings
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable integrating technology in therapy (district may consider virtual services depending on IEP needs)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within educational settings
- Develop, implement, and update individualized plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families regarding progress and recommended interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet all compliance timelines
- Adapt services to both in-person and potential virtual delivery, as determined by student IEPs
