Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Certified and licensed SLP with CCCs required
- Bilingual in Spanish/English highly preferred; additional languages valued (Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese)
- Eligible for or currently holding MA SLP licensure
- Current or in-process DESE (Department of Elementary and Secondary Education) status
- Comfortable working with K-12 students in diverse school environments
- Willing to travel and adapt to different settings
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language services to a varied K-12 caseload (caseload/location determined post-hiring/credentialing for monolingual candidates)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families from varied cultural backgrounds
- Participate in the assessment, development, and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and student records
