Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students in educational environments
- Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches for a diverse caseload
- Commitment to in-person service delivery
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and carry out individualized therapy plans to address students’ unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Maintain timely, compliant records and documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to the team
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive classroom atmosphere
