School Speech Language Pathologist - Boston, MA

Desired Qualifications:
- Holds active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Demonstrated experience working in school-based settings and with K-12 populations
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English is in high demand; proficiency in Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, or Vietnamese is preferred
- Current or pending Massachusetts SLP licensure
- Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) status in Massachusetts
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff to support student growth and achievement
- Adapt therapy approaches for diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds
