SLP Supervisor for Clinical Fellows
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Clinical Fellows working in school-based settings throughout Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned SLP who enjoys supporting developing clinicians and promoting high-quality student services.
Responsibilities
- Provide consistent supervision and mentorship to assigned Clinical Fellows
- Conduct direct and indirect observations in accordance with ASHA and Massachusetts requirements
- Support evaluations, treatment planning, documentation, IEP development, and progress monitoring
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance regarding clinical performance
- Assist Clinical Fellows with caseload management and school-based procedures
- Complete required supervision records, evaluations, and verification documents
- Collaborate with school teams and company representatives as needed
- Ensure services follow professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Massachusetts SLP license
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Meets all ASHA requirements for supervising Clinical Fellows
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Previous supervision or mentorship experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with IEPs, special education procedures, and school-based documentation
