Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Leominster, MA
Make a meaningful difference working with elementary-aged students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive school environment. Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license in Massachusetts (MA SLP required)
- SLP - CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Experience or strong interest working within school settings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students’ success
- Maintain thorough and timely student records and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Utilize creative therapies to foster engagement and effective learning
This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week with five workdays dedicated to supporting students' communication needs.
