Speech Language Pathologist in Clinton, MA

Key Qualifications:
- Valid and current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure for Massachusetts (MA SLP)
- CCC or CFY credentialed SLPs are welcome
- Experience or interest in working with elementary-age children preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Positive, collaborative approach with colleagues, students, and families
Responsibilities:
- Assess students' speech, language, and communication needs through evaluations
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans that support each child’s unique goals
- Provide direct therapy and intervention in one-on-one and group settings
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to paperwork, and ensure compliance with school and state standards
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student progress
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records according to district guidelines
