Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Fitchburg, MA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Accepting candidates with CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience with elementary-age children in a school-based environment is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of elementary students requiring speech and language services
- Complete thorough assessments, IEP documentation, and progress reports
- Develop targeted therapy plans to address communication needs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in groups
- Consult regularly with families and staff to foster student growth
