Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current California SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working in educational environments with K-12 students
- Strong understanding of IEP process, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt services to meet a wide range of student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students across multiple grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Conduct screenings and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support academic success and functional communication
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Provide resources and training to staff as needed
