Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold (or be eligible for) state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, though CFY candidates are also welcome
- Previous experience in K-12 school settings is advantageous
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
- Provide support and education to school staff and families on communication disorders
