- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities

What You'll Do:
- Provide evaluations, assessments, and evidence-based therapy for students with diverse speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for eligible students
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff regarding student progress and intervention strategies
- Participate actively in IEP meetings to contribute professional insights and recommendations
- Maintain clear, compliant documentation and progress records
- Adapt therapy to support students across age groups and ability levels
