Qualifications:
- Active and valid SLP license issued by the state of Maryland
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, or school-based settings preferred
- Teletherapy experience is a plus
- Comfort working with a mixed K-12 caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging speech and language therapy to students across grade levels K-12
- Develop and implement IEPs based on student needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and modify interventions as needed
- Participate in virtual or onsite therapy sessions
