Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Middle River, Maryland

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Maryland SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for CFY considered
- Experience working in pediatric, school, or teletherapy settings highly valued
- Familiarity with mixed caseloads, including varying grade levels and student needs
- Strong assessment, collaboration, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students in both individual and group settings
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in close partnership with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize a variety of service delivery models, including teletherapy as appropriate
- Evaluate, monitor, and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities
