Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Maryland SLP License required
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed
- Prior school-based SLP experience is a plus
- Comfortable providing therapy and evaluations to K-12 students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across grade levels
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain thorough documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Engage with educators, staff, and families to support student progress
- Adapt intervention strategies to meet diverse and changing caseload needs
