Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Annapolis, MD

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Maryland SLP license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in schools, pediatric healthcare, or teletherapy strongly preferred
- Passion for supporting diverse learners across all age groups (K-12)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to students with varying speech, language, and communication needs
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and progress tracking
- Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for every student
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development
- Participate in both in-person and teletherapy services as needed
