Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP licensure (WA)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience supporting K-12 students with a range of communication disorders
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff
- Reliable transportation for required on-site presence and possible commute to locations such as Shelton, Raymond, and McCleary
- Please note: Virtual/remote work and SLPAs are not considered for this position
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention services to students across grade levels
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
- Consult with educators and families to create supportive learning environments
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development and implementation
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet the diverse needs of K-12 students across several districts
