Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state SLP licensure (WA)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience supporting K-12 students with a range of communication disorders
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Reliable transportation for required on-site presence and possible commute to locations such as Shelton, Raymond, and McCleary
  • Please note: Virtual/remote work and SLPAs are not considered for this position

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy and intervention services to students across grade levels
  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
  • Consult with educators and families to create supportive learning environments
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development and implementation
  • Adapt therapy approaches to meet the diverse needs of K-12 students across several districts
