School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Olympia, Washington

This essential role serves K-12 students across a range of district locations, working directly with children and collaborating with a supportive team of educational professionals.
You’ll enjoy your choice of work schedule—either four days per week with 8.75-hour days, or five days per week on an 8-hour schedule—so you can select what fits your lifestyle best. Virtual positions are not available for this assignment, and we are seeking fully licensed SLPs (no SLPAs).
Key Qualities & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license
- Previous experience in school settings working with K-12 students is strongly desired
- Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping abilities
- Demonstrated skill in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering direct therapy
- Comfortable traveling/commuting to various school sites throughout the region
- Collaborative, flexible, and student-focused approach to services
Role Highlights:
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs
- Conduct evaluations and contribute to ongoing development of IEPs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation
- Support students’ communication skills and overall academic success
