Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Rochester, Washington

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or SLP-CFY eligibility
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school or healthcare environments
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress, adapting interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to optimize student support
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student performance and services provided
