Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Seattle, WA

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services four days a week at a middle school setting, supporting the communication needs of secondary students.
- Dedicate Mondays to working with homebound students (two elementary and two secondary) focusing on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices, including eye gaze technology.
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals and therapy sessions for a varied caseload.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student success.
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as required.
- Participate in overlap training alongside the current Speech-Language Pathologist for a seamless transition.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP.
- Experience working with secondary students and individuals requiring AAC preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches and manage a diverse caseload.
