Qualifications & Skills:
- Active SLP certification for school practice within the state
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in educational environments
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Comfort working exclusively onsite (no remote option available)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and families
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes
- Participate in IEP and staff meetings as required
