Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY-SLP)
- California SLP licensure (or ability to obtain before start)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Comfortable supporting elementary-age students
- Skilled in assessment and development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students with mild to moderate needs
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and develop relevant treatment plans
- Monitor student progress through data-driven methods and adjust interventions as necessary
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student success
- Support IEP meetings and documentation requirements
- Maintain up-to-date, confidential student records
