Key Qualifications:
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY-SLP)
- Current California licensure or ability to obtain state credentials
- Strong understanding of the unique needs of elementary-aged students
- Experience or interest in working with mild/moderate speech-language caseloads
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Major Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to elementary-aged students in a supportive school environment
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans appropriate for a mild to moderate caseload
- Maintain thorough documentation of IEP goals, progress reports, and parent/teacher communications
- Provide direct therapy sessions as well as consultative support to staff and families
- Contribute your expertise during IEP meetings and collaborative planning
- Participate in ongoing professional development and trainings as needed
