- Holds (or is eligible for) a California SLP credential—CCC-SLPs and CFY-SLPs are welcome.

- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to collaborate with other educators and families for comprehensive student support.
- Ability to manage a mild/moderate elementary caseload with empathy and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation.
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to help students succeed academically and socially.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
