Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, evidence-based speech and language therapy to an elementary caseload with mild to moderate needs
- Conduct assessments to identify student strengths and areas for growth
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement effective IEPs
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
