Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
• Prior pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators and families
• Commitment to helping each student reach their individual potential
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy and consult with teachers, staff, and families
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Document assessments, treatment, and progress in compliance with guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary teamwork
