- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working on-site and with diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for speech and language services
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy tailored to each child’s needs
- Document progress, manage caseload records, and report outcomes to teams and families
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support professionals to integrate therapy into the school environment
