Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA CCC-SLP certification or clinical fellowship status
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-age populations strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to deliver holistic care and optimize student progress
- Document treatment progress in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights for student support
