Qualifications:
- Active Georgia SLP license required
- SLP-CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience with school-based speech therapy preferred
- Expertise or strong interest in working with AAC and students with ASD
- Solid collaboration skills to partner with educators, families, and support staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to elementary students
- Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility reports
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual needs, with a focus on AAC where appropriate
- Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adapt interventions as needed
- Partner closely with classroom teachers and special education staff to support integrated communication strategies
As part of this contract position, you will receive a pay range of $48–53 per hour.
