Key Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Knowledge of school-based SLP practices and IEP processes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from Kindergarten through 6th grade
- Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services in group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate case documentation and progress reports
- Participate in professional development as required
