Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Marana, Arizona

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current or eligible Arizona Speech-Language Pathology licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in Kindergarten through 6th grade
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in alignment with students’ needs
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services in group and individual settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic success and progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development
