What we're looking for:
- Active state license (SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year)
- Experience in school environments preferred but not required
- Ability to provide services in-person or via teletherapy platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for working with children and collaborating with educators and families
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals, working closely with educational teams
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups, as outlined in students’ IEPs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Consult regularly with teachers, support staff, and parents to foster students’ academic and social growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and recommendations
