What you’ll bring:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure and active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working within school settings, especially with elementary-age students
- Ability to deliver assessments, therapy, and documentation according to district and federal guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and other service providers
- Enthusiasm for working onsite—no virtual/remote positions available
Your responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct intervention, tracking progress, and modifying goals as needed
- Maintain meticulous records and contribute to multi-disciplinary team meetings
- Support, educate, and consult with staff and families to promote student success
