Speech Language Pathologist in Johannesburg, CA

What you’ll bring:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure (SLP-CCC) for California
- Experience providing school-based speech/language therapy, preferably at the elementary level
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Dedication to maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance standards
- Ability to adapt therapy methods to differing communication needs
- Commitment to delivering services onsite throughout the academic year
Your contributions will include:
- Conducting assessments, developing Individualized Education Plans, and delivering student-centered therapy
- Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and families to maximize student communication success
- Monitoring progress, documenting interventions, and contributing to IEP meetings for elementary students
- Maintaining compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations as well as district policies
- Serving as an advocate for speech and language development within the school community
You’ll enjoy a predictable Monday-Friday daytime schedule throughout the school year (August 2026–May 2027), a manageable caseload, and opportunities for meaningful impact as an integral part of the onsite support team.
