Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred

  • Ability to provide effective supervision and mentorship to an SLPA
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
  • Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students as outlined in their IEPs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Oversee and provide guidance to an SLPA, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster a supportive learning environment
