Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC required)
- Minimum of one year school-based SLP experience; familiarity with a range of needs and caseload complexities
- Strong background in pediatric/educational settings; experience in early childhood centers highly valued
- Capability to work on-site exclusively (remote/virtual not available)
- Strong organizational skills for managing responsibilities across multiple locations
- Flexibility to potentially serve in self-contained classroom environments
- No educator credential required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language interventions to meet individualized student goals
- Administer assessments, document outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student progress
