Qualifications:
- Must hold active State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous school-based SLP experience is essential
- Ability to manage caseload across elementary (potentially at two campuses) or secondary levels (split between two campuses)
- Self-contained and early childhood center experience highly preferred
- Comfortable working exclusively in on-site settings (no virtual assignments)
- No additional educator credential required beyond SLP licensure
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to assigned students in compliance with IEP goals
- Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans targeting a variety of communication needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to foster student success
- Complete required documentation, progress notes, and reports accurately and timely
- Adapt to working in multiple campus environments as caseload requires
- Provide consultation and training for staff on communication strategies and supports
