What we're seeking:
- Valid Texas State Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC required)
- Previous experience in school settings is essential
- Early childhood center experience is highly desirable
- Strong adaptability, able to work across multiple sites and possibly with self-contained groups
- Effective communicator and team collaborator, able to support both elementary and secondary student populations
- No educator credential required
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, supporting diverse communication needs
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain detailed documentation
- Travel between assigned campuses (elementary and/or secondary), ensuring service continuity
- Communicate regularly with educational team members, families, and administrators
- Participate actively in IEP and eligibility meetings
- Adjust strategies for self-contained classroom students as needed
