Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, or eligibility for, state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Pediatric experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Confidence in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech/language disorders across K–12 populations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Comfortable serving a diverse caseload, from early childhood to adolescence
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver therapy sessions individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
- Document services, monitor progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt materials and strategies to meet a variety of student needs
