Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP
- Expertise with pediatric populations in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience managing a diverse caseload (moderate–profound needs)
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through high school
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to foster supportive learning environments
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to holistic student development
