Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Clinical experience with pediatric and school-aged populations, including early childhood and elementary students
- Expertise in assessment, intervention, and collaborative, school-based service delivery
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse student needs and fostering growth
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans for K–12 students
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services according to IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers
- Monitor progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer support to classrooms, adapting interventions for moderate to profound needs
- Participate in professional development to stay current with best practices
