Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students with communication needs in a dynamic educational setting. This contract position offers the chance to provide Speech-Language Pathology services via teletherapy and in-person modalities, ensuring students receive the continuity of care they deserve during a colleague’s leave coverage. You'll work with a diverse K-12 caseload, with a particular emphasis on elementary-aged learners, making a tangible impact on their academic and social development.

Assignment Details:

  • Start ASAP through the first week of November (12-week duration)
  • Two days per week, with Mondays always off, supporting work-life balance
  • Focused primarily on elementary students, but exposure to full K-12 caseload
  • Hybrid role combining on-site and teletherapy service delivery

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current CCC-SLP credential
  • Eligibility for appropriate state licensure as an SLP
  • Prior experience providing speech services in school settings is highly valued
  • Comfortable delivering therapy via teletherapy platforms as well as face-to-face
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for eligible students
  • Deliver targeted therapy sessions, both virtually and in-person
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation and progress monitoring
  • Consult with educators and parents to promote carryover and student success
