Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Reynoldsburg, Ohio

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Proven experience working with pediatric and/or elementary school populations
- Strong background in individualized education plan (IEP) development and implementation
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with school-based SLP best practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students
- Design and deliver therapy sessions tailored to meet individualized student needs within the school setting
- Write, review, and revise IEPs in collaboration with school teams and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each student on your caseload
- Provide consultation and guidance to teachers and parents on communication strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive school environment
- Stay current with research and best practices through ongoing professional development
