Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Ohio
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings
- Familiarity with elementary caseloads and IEP processes
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver diagnostics, evaluations, and evidence-based interventions for elementary students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication needs
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
- Adapt strategies to meet diverse learning profiles within the elementary population
