Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and current OH ODE certification
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates welcome to apply
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings is highly valued
- Teletherapy experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to K-12 students, both in-person and via teletherapy as appropriate
- Assess and document communication and swallowing disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
- Consult regularly with teachers, administrators, and family members to ensure integrated support
- Comply with federal, state, and district requirements concerning documentation and service delivery
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team consultations
