Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license for Maine
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience with K-12 students, especially elementary-aged children
  • Proficiency delivering therapy in school/healthcare settings; teletherapy experience welcome
  • Ready to work full-time for all 183 school days
  • New grads completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and SLPAs with school experience encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to elementary students on your caseload
  • Assess, evaluate, and document student progress while collaborating with educators and families
  • Implement both individual and group interventions tailored to student needs
  • Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to goal planning and progress measurement
  • Utilize effective strategies across in-person and teletherapy settings as needed
