Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Biddeford, Maine

In this role, you'll work 37.5 hours per week, five days a week, managing a dedicated elementary caseload. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families, employing your expertise in both traditional and teletherapy settings.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Maine SLP license required
- Current CCC Certification
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings welcomed
- Ability to manage diverse elementary caseloads
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Supervision or support of SLPA or SLP-CFY also encouraged
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document and track student progress, attending IEP meetings as necessary
- Provide consultation and support for families, teachers, and other team members
- Integrate innovative therapy approaches, including remote services when appropriate
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
