Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Ohio Department of Education (ODE) SLP credential required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Pediatric or K-12 school setting experience preferred
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and in-person service delivery
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Document progress, maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, and participate in student support meetings
- Provide consultation and training for teachers and caregivers to support student success
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote best practices and integrate services across settings
